  Is this material accredited by APMG	Yes, it is. This is fully accredited to Practitioner level by APMG.
  How long will I be able to access the courseware.	There is no arbitrary restriction on access. You can access the material as often and for as long as you wish.
  Does the material include sample exams?	The material includes questions from two complete sample foundation exams, and (in the Practitioner version) two complete sample practitioner exams supplied with examiners' rationales.
  Will the courseware run on my PC?	The downloadable courseware runs using Flash. There sholdn't be any problem with this, but you can try it out free in any case to check.
  Will I be able to access this material from anywhere in the world?	Yes, of course, since it will be on your laptop.
  What speed of connection do I need?	No connection is need for the download version, apart from the initial download, which on a broadband connection will take 10 or 15 minutes.
  Will I be able to print out materials for reference?	Yes. The material includes charts, diagrams and sample documents which can be printed for your reference.
  Do I get an official OGC PRINCE2 manual if I order the courseware.	Not necessarily, so please check what you're ordering to avoid disappointment. We can supply this separately.
  Are my credit card details secure?	Yes. We do not collect any card details from you. This is done when making secure payment through the PayPal system, and we do not record or store any card details.
  Why do you need my address details?	We don't, but of course it's best if you leave genuine details if you've ordered a manual, or if you wish us to contact you about arranging examinations.
  Why do you need my email address?	So that we can verify that a genuine sign up is occuring, and that your address is not being used for spamming without your knowledge. We will not use the address given for any other purpose than to contact you in connection with your eLearning and exams, and we absolutely will never pass it to a third party for any purpose whatsoever. We're as sick of spam as you are, we can assure you!
  Will I be able to share my account with everyone else in the office?	No.
  Will I be able to get tutor support when I need it?	Yes - just send an email from wherever you are with your questions. We'll get back to you with an answer quickly.
  I've seen other companies offering PRINCE2 CBT which is really flashy and has presenters off the TV to present the material, and which is twice the price for limited access. Surely this must be better than the Project Performance Consulting material?	Well, make your own mind up. It's all accredited to the exact same standard and the exact same syllabus by the assessors from APMG. They don't give out any prizes for expensive blue-screened presenters. And probably, if you email one of these presenters and ask a question there might be a bit of a delay while they look up the answer....
  Who wrote this material?	Steve Marks, an accredited PRINCE2 Trainer and Registered Practitioner, a Project Management Professional (PMP) of the PMI, an accredited Managing Successful Programmes trainer and Advanced Practitioner, and Management of Risk Practitioner and accredited trainer.

  For those who wish to qualify to Foundation level, the non-residential Day Delegate Foundation course option offers the most economical route to an internationally recognised qualification. This 3-day course can be enhanced by choosing to stay at the venue hotel with the Residential option. This is a great way to stay focused on the subject, whilst at the same time making new friends with a common interest from many different industries and sectors.
  
  Our Registered Practitioner course extends the Foundation course by a further two days to include thorough preparation for the Practitioner examination. Our metjhods work, as demonstrated in our consistently better-than-average pass rates in the Practitioner examination. (Incidentally, don't be fooled by training organisations claiming a 100% pass rate at this exam - it doesn't happen, and if it did, then why would you want to take an exam that easy?)

  So what's PRINCE2?

  PRINCE2 is a process-based approach for project management providing an easily tailored and scaleable method for the management of all types of projects. The method is the de-facto standard for project management in the UK and is practiced worldwide.

  PRINCE2 is what might be called an 'organisational' level project management methodology. Many projects go wrong because the managing organisation hasn't really got its act together in terms of managing the project environment. Project Management isn't just the project manager's job - it's the job, and the responsibility of everyone in the chain of command.

  PRINCE2 describes a project as a 'management environment', and models the way this environment should be set up. The method is based on a process model setting out the various management activities required to initiate, execute and close down a project effectively, and defines the route through this model via points of control exercised by roles with the right accountability, authority and responsibility.

  The PRINCE2 process model is supplemented by seven 'disciplines' of project management (known in PRINCE2 as themes) dealing with some of the fundamentals of the management environment such as quality, risk, maintenance of the business case and change control.
