Prince2 suggests a quality review technique which is broadly similar to the well known Fagan Review technique. The technique is based on a set of roles, and concentrates on the review of a product against its product description.
Roles in the review defined by Prince2 are:
- a Review Chairperson, who runs the review
- a Producer, representing the creator of the product being reviewed
- Reviewers, whose role is to assess the product against its product description
- a Scribe, who take the minutes and notes actions
The steps of the quality review are deisgned to  minimise the time spent in a review meeting, to constraing discussion only to the identification of problems with the product, to ensure that all have adequate time to prepare for the review, and to ensure that review actions are followed up.
