Fees
Fees are payable upon presentation of an invoice from Project Performance Consulting Ltd to the individual who has booked as a delegate, or to a third party, for example a company purchasing department, named on the booking form. Payment by invoice is available to companies booking via the website with an official Purchase Order reference and a named authoriser.
In all cases, VAT at the prevailing UK rate is payable and shall be added to the published course fee.
VAT Receipts
Project Performance Consulting Ltd will issue a VAT receipt for all payments made.
Cancellation by delegate
Cancellations up to four weeks prior to course start date will incur a cancellation charge of 10% of the course fee. This charge is to cover our incidental costs in managing the booking.
Cancellations within four weeks of the course start date will incur a cancellation charge of 100% of the course fee. This charge is made because our suppliers will charge us cancellation fees for bookings made on your behalf.
Nomination of alternative delegate
Nomination of an alternative delegate for a course may be made at any time up to the course start date. However, Project Performance Consulting Ltd cannot guarantee that this can be fully accommodated as there may be APMG examination registration deadlines which are outside our control, or hotel booking administrative procedures which incur a charge. APMG or hotel late-change charges will be billed by Project Performance Consulting Ltd to the original delegate, and without acceptance of responsibility for such charges Project Performance Consulting Ltd will be unable to accept the nomination of an alternative delegate.
Cancellation by Project Performance Consulting Ltd
Project Performance Consulting Ltd reserves the right to improve the specification and format of its courses for the benefit of its customers without notice to the customer. Project Performance Consulting Ltd reserves the right to change the location of the course and will advise the customer as soon as this change is known.
Delivery of the booked course at the scheduled date is dependent on the viability of the course as assessed by Project Performance Consulting Ltd. Courses may be deemed as unviable due to an insufficient number of booked delegates. It is a condition of acceptance of a booking that the customer accepts that a course may be deemed unviable by Project Performance Consulting Ltd at any time after the booking has been made. If this occurs, Project Performance Consulting Ltd will cancel or reschedule the course.
Project Performance Consulting Ltd reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course and will advise the customer as soon as this change is known. Project Performance Consulting Ltd will use all reasonable endeavours to avoid changes of this nature. When this is unavoidable Project Performance Consulting Ltd will refund in full all monies paid by the customer.
